“Not sure where to start. The first room
We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“Due to families having ball Tournaments, with a respect to the kids, we were unable to even get near the pool. Kids were having a great time, but they were the only ones. Then parents pulled out a grill n vehicles across from the pool and prepared dinner. You could not drive through.
I love everything about family, but this was truly overwhelming. Staff was very supportive and I am thankful for that.

“The hotel was beautiful but I slept awful with down pillows. Even doubled up they sunk flat. Also they had no coffee creamer except half and half. I was told this was a Hilton thing but friends at other properties the same days said they had several to choose from.”
