This property made it VERY clear that Expedia does not do any on-site Vetting, and if they do, they sure missed this one.

To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. “Staff was very friendly they just didn’t have enough. We tried to get towels to our room and they couldn’t get to us . We offered to get them but they kept saying they were coming and never did. Valet parking attendant wasn’t there . They had to call security but waited long time however they were very nice . Hotel has lots of construction so made it hard . The rooms are so hot and so is hotel the air was not cooling areas down .”
