Castelli a Playa del Carmen

“The hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. The pools were open even over night. The staffs are very helpful. Show time was great with different activities. The only thing was number of restaurants for dinner. If stay more than four nights, you have to repeat the same restaurants. Spa and massage was very good. The buffet food were fresh and they made in front of you and no left over food at all.”

“Tutto bene. Comodissima al centro e ai locali serali. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. ”

“Gli appartamenti venivano puliti giornalmente in maniera dignitosa, la piscina all'ultimo piano è super. Ubicazione davvero congeniale”

“Personale cortese e disponibile. ”

“Tutto ”

“Monica was excellent, and I felt very welcomed back after this was my second stay. The room was comfortable and felt very well cared for. Although the checkout and exit, just as with the first visit was disappointing. A passive aggressive text saying I should check out 5 minutes before so they have time to check the room, followed by comments about my natural black carbon toothpaste suggesting I had stained their towel. I showed them it's a natural product and washes out, of course I would not...

“Pop Diez was hands down a 10/10. Such an amazing experience staying here. Beautiful property, excellent rooms, fantastic roof top pool and gathering area. Can’t say enough about the staff. Friendly, helpful, very engaging. They made the trip so much more enjoyable. You will not go wrong staying here. You will not be disappointed.”
