“Check in was great Kumar took great care of everyone checking in. The cleaning staff were very accommodating, providing whatever was needed. The only issue with out room was that the lighting in areas was not bright enough and ventilation in the bathroom was not good. Other than that it was a great visit.”

“We had a nice stay here. The staff is wonderful; always able to answer questions with warmth and professionalism. Great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. The only negative was that our room faced an alleyway with dumpsters which were cleaned out very early every morning, making noise which woke us up. Also, while the surrounding area is relatively safe and is an easy walk to the inner harbour, the area just north is a little seedy. But overall, would recommend Staybridge! ”

“Clean lobby. However, many issues. Late breakfast! Not all food available that was supposed to be available. Have to pay for pet, but room is less comfortable because of having a pet. Should be a middle ground available. Our 15 pound pet is not noisy until the 100 pound pets are barking. Floors in room with pets are sticky. As far as tv, have NO idea what channels are available or what can be seen. Some staff great, some couldn’t care less about customer. ”
