“The room was not that clean when we arrived as there was kaakaa on the toilet seat. The staff spoke poor English. There was some exceptional service people at poolside only. The manager was arrogant and rude. The pools could have music but other than that, it was nice. The maintenance people were fast. The room service always forgot something also we put extra towels in the drawers only to find out that the room service took out the towels. They go through your drawers, just a warning to...
