“The staff was extremely rude and not accommodating what so ever. Upon Arival we were starving and had not had the opportunity to make any reservations st their restaurants and they could not make accommodations to get us in. We went to the concierge for assistance only to be told we need to download their app and make reservations that’s the only way to get into restaurants!! ”

“I was really disappointed with our stay at hotel tequila. We stayed there 3 years ago and it was lovely. When we arrived it took us banging at the wooden gate and calling the hotel 3 times before some came opened the gate so our cab driver could drop us off. The room was clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable. We paid for breakfast, but there was nothing that my husband would eat. He asked if they just had some toast and maybe some sausage that wasnt mixed with the egg, and said yes but...

“This resort is top tier! A fault cannot be found, from the rooms set up, food, the staff are beyond remarkable. The entire resort is beautifully laid out and well kept. I booked through Expedia and my entire stay was managed by an Expedia guest group who made every effort to fill every request I had. I stayed with my daughter and there were many kid friendly activities while I could surely see adults who were down to party were also fully satisfied. I’d 100% recommend to any and everyone!!!”

“Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge. Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !”
