“I keep my expectations reasonable for motels, I know you get what you pay for, but this was bad. We stopped in the room, saw the stained sheets, ripped furniture, horrible smell, and we went and stayed somewhere else.”

“The room was filthy. My kids weren’t in there for 5 minutes before their feet were black on their soles. Their profile says they offer infant cribs/toddler beds and they do not which is the ONLY reason I booked the stay here. Them not having the beds like they said resulted in my toddler falling out of the bed and a bloody nose. ”
