Hotel a Rembert

“No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time.”

“They rent to people who don't have a home; there should be a difference for people who are homeless and those who are traveling; I felt unsafe; the room needs repair, and the table and chairs were ones from a house where you have a small table and chairs that don't match; the towels need to be replaced; they are faded, or unwashed; my sheet was dirty at the feet; the motel needs to be updated; people were out talking in front of the door; it doesn't look like what they showed online. “Had to stay here due to issues with a place I rented. Walked in the bathroom and first saw somebodies mouth wash on the floor, I was tired so I was like whatever. Went to give my child a bath there was conditioner all down the bath tub, hairs, and string. One of the beds had crumbs under the sheets?? Other one seemed fine but it was itchy. Staff IS nice but not a sanitary stay. Took a while for ac to cool the room down.”
