“This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

“Food was standard hotel food, very small dining area. Seemed like an older building, but was clean. The outdoor pool was not open even though their website says it is open April 1. It was full of nasty black water. Staff were nice. Hotel is kind of hidden in some trees so you don’t get the noise from traffic. ”

“The a/c and heater filters were clogged with dust which we cleaned. I've cleaned a lot of filters because I am allergic to dust but I have never seen one this full.”

“Check in was smooth and quick. Lady at the front desk was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only issue was that the shower curtain probably needs to be replaced because it smelled like mildew and I also think they may add water to the Dove lotion provided because it was extremely watery. “Clean place. Excellent and nice staff. Internet was down when we were there. If you were put on the second floor, you had to walk up several flight of stairs. There is no elevators available, so those with elderly and children be careful!”

“The staff is very rude and dont care about your well being except for Nicole she is very sweet and caring Sylvia is the most meanest person I ever met she doesn't want to do her job at all and doesn't care about the customers and she complains about everything especially when she has to go get customers clean linens and when she has to check you in i would not recommend this hotel to anyone ”
