Welcome to our modern 2900 sq ft farmhouse set on 7.5 private acres in Saanichton, just off Stelly’s Cross Road near Brentwood Bay — yet is only 20 min to Downtown Victoria. Surrounded by trees and valley views, the home is situated at the end of the street and offers a private and peaceful farm setting, open space that is very spacious where guests will not feel on top of each other. Satnam’s berry farm is tucked behind the trees; in season, berry pickers harvest fresh berries, adding charm to the countryside feel and is non-obtrusive. The farmhouse sits on a quiet berry farm property with wide open yards, scenic walking areas, and plenty of parking for 8–15 vehicles.

It is ideal for multi-generational families, retreats, groups, and a great space for business meetings looking for space, comfort, and a relaxed setting.

- 3 Spacious Queen Bedrooms (upstairs) – one of the Queen bedrooms has their own Full private bathroom, each w/ Smart TVs. We refer to them by their cushion colours (Teal Room, Green Room and Pink Room). Teal Room has their own private bathroom ensuite.
- 1 Spacious Bedroom with 5 Single Beds (We refer to as the Kids’ Room) w/ NO TV
- Connected Kids’ Playroom with some board games, some books, child kitchenette with tea cups and child cookware
- 1 Full Main Bathroom – upstairs in hallway
- 1 Powder Bathroom (1/2 bath) – main level off of Living Room
- Optional Add-on – Kids’ Playroom can also sleep 2 more people (requires special request). And extra $50 per person (max 2 ppl). The Playroom is small and does not have any windows.

The home is on a farm and runs on a septic system, which means only toilet paper and natural waste can be flushed. No wipes, paper towels, or hygiene products.

Enjoy a seasonal pool (May–Oct) with a slide, fenced for safety. The solar cover keeps it warm naturally. The 4-ft deep above-ground pool is perfect for families. The hot tub (6–8 person) includes jets, lighting, and adjustable temperature. Outdoor fun includes water guns, pool volleyball, soccer ball, football, frisbees etc, and a large patio with seating for up to 20+ guests. A gas BBQ is ready for use. Two large yards give kids plenty of space to play. Solar lighting adds charm to outdoor evenings.
