Hotel a Sentiero Ciclabile del Fiume Truckee

“The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“The rooms are very spacious and the shower was a huge walk in. However, the room didn't seem exceptionally clean and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone if you needed something. The first night, after 3 tries, I got someone on the phone. I asked for 2 pillows and an extra hand towel. She said of course, but they were never delivered. That was the last time I was able to get somebody on the phone during my entire stay, including 1 day where I called the number that they had posted to...

“The location was great the lake was across the street the hotel was ok but I felt it was geared towards skiing and not enough variety for restaurants mainly hamburgers and pizza. The restaurant Rosie’s is so awesome food was delicious and a big variety to choose from Shopping was great a lot of shops in walking distance”

“Had a great experience at this hotel overall, with the staff especially the younger lady That sadly I didn’t get the name of but was working on 6/28-6/29 she was absolutely helpful with my questions I had (especially about the parking) and answered with positive attitude and clarity, now the hotel itself is very upkept and is still ongoing construction, i do wish there were more amenities and the pool closed too early and opened too late in my opinion, but overall rooms were clean and...
