“Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Couldn’t use the pool, definitely not the right season for it. Too cold. I’ve lived in Tahoe before and seen this but didn’t know how nice of a place 3Peaks was, and great room price!”

“Basic and tidy. Recently remodeled. Walking diatance to many spots. Extra goodies for our dog. The walls were a little thin but tolerable”

“Room was very clean. Suspect it was recently remodeled. Very quiet. We suspect there were not many occupants on the night we were there. We were told the internet wasn't working and we were offered another room in a nearby sister property. We declined because were not interested in the internet. What we didn't know was that all of the TV stations were sourced by internet, so no TV. The room we occupied (#20), there is a gap of about an inch between the bottom of the door and the door sill....

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”
