“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”

“As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box. Walk around to the side of the main office building to find a cupboard full of a dozen or so lock-boxes. Would stay again.”

“The resort was on the older side. Typical of what you see and expect. Elevator glass missing. Hallway ceiling lamps torn, in room furniture has holes, cuts in the leather, outlets are worn and electrical devices ( iPad, laptop etc) need to be adjusted to have good contact to charge. Bathroom is very clean and modern! That’s the funny part? Hahaha Staffs were very friendly and accommodating! Here is the bottom line truth. If you are here to enjoy Tahoe… Hike, Ski, Casino etc….
