“Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. “This property was unique for its depressing location, the utter inattention to physical maintenance of the property, and the feeling that you were in a seedy hotel which had just barely emerged from a recent brush with human trafficking networks. The overall vibe was depressing.”

“This place is on the corner of what seems to be a busy street across the street from a Lowe’s hardware store. There is no view worth mentioning and pretty much looks like a no name Motel you would find while driving across country”

“We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.”

“Overall, a pleasant 9-day stay. Clean, well-made room #219. Good breakfasts at Dave's Food Mart Avery within walking distance. No mini-fridge or microwave in my room, so bring or buy a cooler and get ice from convenience stores. This motel met nearly all of my needs, and I'll stay here again in the future.”

“We stumbled upon Sandusky headed to Maryland from Colorado. The town is so wonderful. We were able to score a last min room for 67 bucks. The owner was the main receptionist and we had a very lovely conversation with him. Super friendly and attentive, he definitely knows customer service . We will be back”

“Beware! The Pool is currently under maintenance, but at the reception they provide a voucher to go to a gym for free... No kitchen available, only a microwave oven and a boiler, but the laundry room is ok.”

“I love the room that I had. Lots of space. The room was supposed to sleep 3 but it had a simple couch not a sleeper sofa the add said. My son had to sleep on the cushions. Also the shower curtain was missing. The maintenence man took care of the curtain and brought us extra towels. He was the best. I brought these shortfalls up to the shift supervisor and they credited me for a 50% refund.”
