“Very nice stay”

“We have stayed here before but this was probably the worse. Our room had dry wall that was blistered and needing repair. Took hour and 15 minutes to get our breakfast and waitress never showed up. Had to get a to go box and check from another waitress. The dinner was hit or miss with somethings very good and some like out of a box. ”

“Old and dirty. Lady at the front desk tried to pull a scam, where she claimed Expedia reservations made online only charge a minimal booking fee, and the resort must charge full price again for the room. Which isn’t true! She made a big issue of it, finally admitted she was wrong, and put me in a filthy room next to an exit door that opened and closed every two minutes. Place is very run down.”

“My home away from home when I work my weekends ~ easy check in and check out, familiar and friendly staff , and close to where I work.”

“Check in at guest services was sub par...seemed like I was an inconvenience. Clearly not busy at 1800 Check out (night auditor maybe, since I left at 0500) was awesome but coffee was just luke warm. Lucky to get it though because I was leaving too early for the complimentary breakfast. Since the reservation was booked through Expedia I was not provided a receipt for the stay. I was told I had to ask for one from a "third party"”

“The property was clean, looked nice, and staff was great. They have tried doing updates to the rooms, but the place is in need of some major renovations. Bathroom drywall is coming apart, bathroom tile is in rough shape, etc...Just a lot of little things like that. We didn't use the indoor pool or hot tub. They both look dingy looking through the door. The outside pool and hot tub were both great! Pool furniture was nice also. IMHO, it's a little pricey for the condition of the property. But,...

“Front desk staff nice but I was told hotel gave me $20 credit for EACH of our 2 nites, for use on sundries, etc. He said must use separately each day. Now only 1 of 2 vouchers credited. Phoned hotel, no help except email suggestion. No response from hotel on my emails yet.”

“The room was outdated and hair in the bed. I was there for a family function and need a place I almost went somewhere else but everything was sold out. The staff was a bit rude”

“The entire property is very clean and looks brand new. Even the tub was shiny not a water spot anywhere. I will return the next time I come to LACROSSE.”
