“The carpet in our room was filthy. The tv had a large crack in it. The one upholstered chair in our room was filthy. No bedspread just sheets and a thin blanket on a shelf. Horrible location. Many times no one was at the front desk. The staff were poorly dressed. Breakfast was ok, however the dinner ware were paper plates. Never again would we stay there.”

“Enjoying staying at this property each autumn when I am in Madison. My room has always been clean, quiet, with ample hot water. Breakfast is an added bonus, along with the swimming pool and hot tub. Location is good and close to Sun Prairie for shopping and restaurants.”

The entire property smelled strongly of mold, mildew, and cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as a non-smoking hotel. There were literally pubic hairs on the hallway floor, and the hot tub had what appeared to be vomit in it. Needless to say, we did not feel comfortable using any of the amenities.
