“The main issue I had with the room was the jacuzzi tub not functioning. That was the whole reason for us booking that room. The hotel seems to just be an extra thing for the casino, it was difficult to get ahold of any hotel staff as they didnt really have anyone. It was clear they dont check the rooms much before you check in because of that, dust on everything in the closet, and our safe was locked open so I couldn't use it either. “Wonderful stay. Tahoe is an exceptional destination. Pros: Clean, roomy suite, nice view. Decent food. Nice staff. Prompt valet for luggage. Fairly quiet. Beautiful pool/spa setting.
