“The place was amazing and the staff were beyond helpful and we're understanding... its just the beds was so uncomfortable I couldnt get an once of sleep the entire time. Other then that it was a great place to stay at.”

“The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

“It was awful. Roaches everywhere”

“The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.”

“It was as described. Nothing stands out as spectacular. It is behind loads of stores and close to places to eat. Easy to get back on highway.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.”

“My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious.
