“The pictures online are nothing like the room. The room was extremely small. The room stated it had a queen size bed it clearly was a full my husband and I did not fit together without one falling off the bed very uncomfortable sleeping. The continental breakfast was not. “The reviews online seemed fantastic and for the price I was thrilled. Checking in was through a video, there was no one at the desk but it went smooth and staff was friendly. “Whole place smells BAD (and it lingers on you/clothes), we had dirty/sandy sheets, a used ice bucket liner, 2 roaches within 10 mins, our tv was broke, but the **10 year old in a suit and tie** on the check in kiosk was super cute and very polite, he thanked me for my feedback on the broke tv. We just needed a place to sleep, but the smell stayed with us the next day. At least there was parking available by the light and security camera.”

“The staff informed me I was allowed to have a late check out.. the next morning I get a call saying Im going to be charged another night? When I return the hotel staff that I talked to face to face in the morning denied ever talking to me about a late check out. We barely had any toilet paper, AC in room didn’t work, toilets wouldn’t flush. All around terrible experience would not stay there.”

“Homeless people were at the entrance of the hotel with their shopping carts. No one at the desk so I had to shout for some assistance. My room key didn’t work and after reprogramming it and it still didn’t work. A new key was issued with success. I had a kitchenette with no cups or dishes. No coffee maker. They did not clean the room while I was away. I returned to no clean linen. This room and hotel is not a good value. I won’t be back.”
