“The water park is nice. However, I noticed sanitation issues. The towels in the waterpark were stained. The property was old and dated, there were possible blood stains on the bedframe, what appreared to be blood on the women’s bathroom floor, a smoke detector snatched out the ceiling. My son and I woke up with bites and had been bit by something. The front desk staff didn’t seem friendly. The staff inside the water park didn’t seem to be friendly.”

“I would advise travelers to look elsewhere. The rooms are very dated with noisy and inconsistent temperature air conditioner, noisy bathroom fan. Bathroom door was stained and veneer was coming loose. Ceiling utility hatch in bathroom was rusting. Room carpet did not seem particularly clean. There was no soap at the bathroom sink only a hanging container of lotion. For soap, you had to use the body lotion in the tub. Breakfast marginal. We submitted our problem in the text message asking...

“The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had, with fresh mini quiches, fresh cut fruit, fresh oatmeal (not instant), sausages and eggs. It had something for everyone. The fitness center was nicely sized and well equipped and maintained. The pool was small but adequate. Everything was extremely clean. The only thing that almost ruined the whole stay was the beds. They were way too soft, and I actually had the worst night's sleep I've ever had in my life. ”
