“Just finished our week vacation at Ava and we had a great time. My wife and I were traveling with our 2 kids ages 11 and 6. Tons of activities for the kids. Pools were great, even enjoyed the beach. Not a lot of seaweed this time a year which makes a big difference. Service was great no issues. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was so nice for the kids to have their own room. Room was beautiful and clean. Grounds and pool were also very clean. Gym was one of the best I’ve used on vacation....

“Ocean front room on the 9th floor had an AMAZING view! Room service (all included) was prompt and accurate every time. Maid service came twice a day - once to clean and a second time to turn down the bed and leave chocolates. Lobby bartender made a great gin martini (with Condesa). Enjoyed meals at La Joya, the hibachi grill, and the sushi bar. Hopefully you won't need the hotel doctor on your trip. But we did, and he was outstanding.”

“I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone...
