“We were in Loris this past weekend for our son’s golf tournament at Diamondback Golf Club. We didn’t want to go to Myrtle Beach and surrounding area to stay overnight since most hotels are 30 min away and they had an early tee time the following day. This hotel is about 10 minutes away from the golf course so we booked it based on a few positive reviews. The room was clean and comfortable. “This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....
