“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we discovered that we had been assigned an accessible room. We politely requested a change to a standard room; however, the front desk advised that no modifications could be made because the reservation had been prepaid, despite other rooms appearing to be available. “EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AS GOLD”

“We were on the first floor People were outside on a pavilion area with loud music and loud commotion until well past midnight Train whistles then woke you up around 5am!!”

“The only issue is I had requested a handicapped accessible room and even though I was told I would have one, no such luck. When we arrived asked the young lady at the desk about it, she put us in a hearing accessible room, even though I walked in with a walker! Other than that”

“Room was extremely dated and run down. Ripped window coverings and badly worn furniture , sticky trap in the bathroom added to the overall bad vibe. Also, the smell /use of room freshener was overwhelming. Big boxes stacked in the lobby looked terrible. Front desk person at late afternoon check in was friendly and efficient.”

“The homeless clan and I love to set up. You have almost like an efficiency the way the room is set up the practice to use a little work only because the food was kind of cold or lukewarm. I love the kitchenette that’s inside of each other other units or at lease the room I rent it all. I love the place second time staying there”
