Hotel a Bermuda

“Room was clean and comfortable but there was an electrical issue that we brought to the attention of the staff. Staff extremely kind and helpful. We were told the issue would be corrected prior to the next check in. ”

“I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. “Breakfast was cooked- eggs bacon sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Plenty of fresh fruit, apple, strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas. Assortment of yogurt and chocolate and white milk, Breads and muffins also available. All you can eat, I am sure I didn’t list everything like cereal but this was an excellent experience. Coffee, tea and lemon water also available ”
