“Beautiful well maintained property, landscaping. Very friendly staff! We arrived early and had to wait for our room, so we had lunch and relaxed. We were on the adult side, so the butler showed us to our room. I was exhausted from waiting, so it seemed to take forever as he showed us around, but after that the room was beautiful, relaxing, and we had much of what we needed. “Ocean El Faro had great pools with amazing lazy river, perfectly situated in the middle of the hotel complex. I enjoy staying there because it was a lot of shadow and was close to restroom and convenient snack bar. Our room was on 3rd floor and had very comfortable bed with firm but soft mattress. “Resort piuttosto vecchio e maltenuto, con stanze ampie e sostanzialmente pulite. Personale lentissimo e a volte poco disponibile. Servizio in spiaggia pessimo, perché ti toglievano gli ombrelloni se solo ti allontanavi per un’ora. Mare molto bello, cibo di buona qualità, con molta scelta. È un compromesso per chi non vuole spendere tanto, ma essere davanti ad una bella spiaggia ”
