“Breakfast was fine, staff was great. Cold air vent in our room was horrible- dust hanging off the vents. ”

“Breakfast was very limited, coffee machine was not working properly, they remodeled the rooms but it felt like lipstick on a pig, room was not clean, I saw more than 10 bug all over the room. Staff were okay not very friendly. ”

“Staff: Very helpful. I wish I could remember this young gentlemen's name that check me in and out the next morning. He was so helpful called me by name and ask me to come back. The lady in the breakfast dine hall was helpful not only to me but I watched her help an elderly man. Food was fresh and hot. As I was leaving the housekeeping spoke to me with a smile. Room: was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and plenty of water power. AC worked great too.”

“My only complaint was that the whole building smelled like cigarettes despite it being a non smoking property ”

“Activities galore! Staff was phenomenal! The building architecture is BEAUTIFUL! We will be staying again in the near future! ”

“The blankets felt more like curtains, heavy, rigid and not soft and pillows were half the size of those literally anyplace else so sleeping became a chore. Furniture was run down with cracks in the mirror and staples popping out of the stand the TV sat on. No amount of tidying up can fix how run down this place is. You get what you pay for. Next time, I'm picking the big Holiday Inn instead.”

“Third floor room that I was I was very noisy at night. From around 9:00pm on sounded like a helicopter was hovering outside my window. The bed was worn completely out and was very noisy. Needless to say there wasn’t much sleep. Probably will find a different hotel our next trip to Fenton.”

“L’hotel e molto pulito, il personale molto preparato e gentile, nonostante il COVID la pulizia delle stanze e impeccabile il letto è comodissimo c’è anche la scrivania per lavorare molto spaziosa il buffet della colazione molto Ricci e molto fresco . Ci ritornerò molto volentieri. Bravi”
