“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”

“The Best Western person (Keith is his name) managing the breakfast process and area was outstanding. He does a phenomenal job and is a "behavior" model for all Best Western employees. I will stay at this property again because of this impressive person.”

“Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!”

“room was very clean, staff was helpful with replacing broken room keys, pet area wasn’t great, there was no grass only mulch. lots of people hang around in the parking lot drinking and smoking.”

“This is an absolutely gorgeous, wonderful historic inn in Richmond. We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends.”

“while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”

“My stay at this inn was excellent. Plenty of easy parking with good lighting and safe feeling. Check in service was super fast and friendly. Front desk, and all staff were very pleasant, smiled and polite. Room cleaned well, and all amenities worked well. Nice TV and beds comfortable. A very comfortable night stay with 2 small dogs in tow. ”
