“We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. The dining area was comfortable. Offer better descriptions of the rooms. Two bedrooms shared the same shower, separated by adjoining shower doors. Great neighborhood with park near by. Conveniently...

“This property was just lovely. We were there for a sisters' reunion. Two came from Michigan, one came from Australia, I came from North Carolina, and one sister lives in North Manchester. We all loved the house, the little niceties, the expansive yard with over sized fire pit. The host provided clear information and answered all communication rapidly. I highly recommend this property.”

“Did not like the idea that it was called "the cottage", implying it was a cute quaint house in a nice area. It is in an industrial, factory area, that we could hear loudly all night. The neighborhood was sketchy with a bar next to it. Will not go back there.”
