“Pessimo!

“I was unfamiliar with the area, and the staff readily helped me and my son find a wonderful restaurant to dine at for dinner and then the next day a delicious restaurant for breakfast. They also helped me figure out how to use uber to get to the concert we had tickets for and helped us with ancillary food needs. And the late-night attendant helped me figure out my room's TV remote that was unfamiliar to me. Our rooms were off a quaint plant surrounded staircase. I will most definitely stay...

“First time staying at the historic Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, but hopefully won't be our last. Gorgeous property, located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do (concert at Dominion Energy Center, great meal at Julep's, wonderful breakfast at Perly's). Highly recommend if you are looking for a very special stay.”

“Perfect and clean”

“The whole hotel needs renovation. The washer and dryer needs to be replaced. And the commercial generator needs to be removed from the physical fitness room.”

“The room was as clean as it could be walls were filthy and pest control for roaches would help a lot. Staff was nice.”

“Bugs in bathroom, really should upgrade the mattress. It’s not uncomfortable!”

“Great place”

“The hotel at Richmond was great but we than booked from 26 to 28 July the Kimpton Monaco at Washington, arrived at hotel but they haven’t seen any booking from you although you’ve sent me your confirmation Itinerary # 72617050417071 This is very bad surprise tks”
