“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“I had a long day flying and came into my room and immediately went to sleep. When I woke up the next morning and went to use the sink in the shower there was hair all over the sink and bathtub that was not mine. It was disgusting and when I asked the woman on duty about it, she said that I needed to call back on Friday to speak to the manager.”

They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. “Great customer service. Very clean hotel. The only complaint was the parking… we had to wait about 30 minutes to find a parking spot on Saturday night; other than that, highly recommend.”

“Staff was great. Access to hotel a bit confusing, through a Sheetz parking lot. Drain in bathroom sink was slow. Elevator broke, but was quickly repaired. Not a bad hotel, but a bit too expensive for the quality, in my opinion.”

“Pros The facility is new, clean, and close to the airport. The buffet is satisfying and the weekend lady attendant at the buffet is very sweet and helpful and cheerful. Parking is plentiful and there are restaurants, stores and fast food nearby. Cons- the walls are paper-thin. We heard everyone and everything. We could hear one neighbor on a zoom call and literally understood everything he said. We could hear housekeeping in the hallway and another neighbor’s tv show and we could even tell...

“The size of the room is sufficient, with providing enough space for the number of people to occupy it. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during the time of my stay, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to get to the room. The customer service is professional and polite. Adequate parking spaces available, if driving. ”
