“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Convenient location, overall pretty good. I feel like they could use some updates when it comes to bedspreads as far as texture and looks! As well as the tub you could tell that it was clean, but it has rust stains. It’s definitely time for a painting. Presentation matters when it comes to people spending their money. But overall, it was quiet, convenient and staff were appropriate. ”

“This is one of the best Hilton’s have stayed. Literally near restaurants and shopping. Staff were so nice and accommodating. There is a spa in the hotel you have to book a day in advance. They have a 24 hour gym and a pool and hot tub. There is a restaurant in the hotel you can get food. The negative the pool is under 14 need parents with you anything else is fine. I booked for the pool. So many kids in the pool Sat and most of Sunday and teens. I couldn’t enjoy it nor did I try. I...

“Property is old and not in the best condition. It was clean but dingy. The beds were soft but squeaky and dipped towards the middle. Hot water ran out during shower. Wifi was very spotty/slow. Front desk staff was friendly.”

“Room was fine however our neighbor had 2 barking dogs at all hours. I had to go outside at 11:30pm and shout outside their door to shut those dogs up and I was not the only person standing outside because of this. I will never stay at a dog friendly place again. BTW we have a dog, we like dogs. Hotel has no way to enforce what they call quiet time. Room was nice - clean, handicapped bathroom, mic and frig. a/c. We left a day early due to noise at night and barking dogs. Never again with Motel...

“Everything about this hotel was great. The location, staff and cleanliness was outstanding. I am in Henrico once or twice a month and this will be my go to hotel. ”

“The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again. ”

“We got checked in, went to our room and the beds were made but it had not been cleaned and the air condition did not work. They did give us another room and it was fine ☺️”
