“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“Hotel situato all'angolo della bourbon, la stanza era situata vicino agli ascensori ed era molto rumorosa. La stanza era pulita e grande ”

“Che dire, chekin doveva essere alle 16.00 ed è stato fatto alle 17.30 circa. La camera ampia spaziosa nulla da dire. Il lavandino del bagno aveva pochissima pressione, fatto reclamo due volte nessun miglioramento. Direi servizio alla clientela inesistente. Since io non metto più piede in quella struttura”

“esperienza pessima! prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno. Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto. Pessima esperienza!”

“Sunshine at the front desk was the best! Very Welcoming. Cleaning staff came early morning, asked if she could give us a few minutes to put shoes on and get out of her way. Rolled her eyes left. Did not return until hours later after we had left for her. Another day we had been gone all day and when we returned she rolled up to clean our room and we had to leave again. This was the only problem we had and we returned to this hotel a second time because we liked it and the location was...

“The hotel is very centrally located, just on the Riverfront! We booked well in advance for December and the price for quality has been excellent. No breakfast but full of options nearby. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel! ”

“Hotel di grandi dimensioni situato accanto alla passeggiata che costeggia il Mississipi e vicino alle principali vie del quartiere francese.Bella la camera assegnataci,di grandi dimensioni,con un comodo letto e dotata di tutti i comfort.Spettacolare la vista dalla camera sulla citta' e sul Mississipi.Ho trovato il personale distaccato e poco empatico.”

“The property itself is beautiful, lots of culture! Great location, right around the corner from the party scene, yet quiet at night. The only complaint was anywhere except the room was very very hot. It is mostly an outdoor effect other than when in your room.”
