“Easily a better value than many local hotels. Parking was a dream, always available and immediately next to the apt. Easy access check in leads to a private and nicely kept garden. Poshly carpeted stairs framed by an antique wooden bannister and over a dozen arranged mirrors. Bed was posh, comfy and clean. Neighborhood was safe and quiet, walkable, and close to everything you could want. Will stay again and refer our friends!”

“The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,...

“Easy access off route 95. Valet parking was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was delicious and convenient to also have a Starbucks for the morning.”

“We found this hotel to be OK. It's a bit overpriced for what it offers. It's really just old with not many updates. The wall paper is peeling in some areas, the bathroom fixtures are missing parts, the room floor has damage under the carpet, the refrigerator is noisy and the outside entry door is loud upon closing”

“Sinceramente, ci aspettavamo meglio da un Hotel della catena Holiday Inn express. Il bagno non era pulito come si deve e la colazione non era all’altezza di un Holiday express. Siamo arrivati con 30 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario del check-in e nonostante l’hotel fosse vuoto, c’è stato detto che dovevamo ritornare mezz’ora dopo.”
