Hotel a Five Points

“Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though”

“Staff was very accommodating with our last minute room change. Breakfast area was clean and functional. Close to Walmart, Starbucks and many other stores and restaurants. ”

“The room was clean. The staff were nice. Parking was convenient to my room. The air cooled the room. The beds were comfortable. It worked out good for our trip.”

“Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“Kind of run down. Breakfast not great. Lots of walls and doors are damaged or have marks. Furniture didn’t really fit the room. TV was small and not centered on the bed. No cable guide. Remote was dirty. ”

“Coffee was empty in morning. There was a fancy cappuccino coffee maker in the kitchen that took credits, but there were no instructions on how to use it or where to get credits, so it was worthless. Don’t get rooms on the main entrance side. The windows are very thin ….on both Friday and Saturday nights, there were late arriving teenagers for a soccer tournament, yelling and screaming late into the night, hotel management did nothing.
