“Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later.”

“We had a great stay at this resort. The resort itself was wonderful. The amenities were great and I had an excellent massage. I did not get the pedicure that I paid for, but they did reimburse me the difference. I also think that the food could be improved since this is a five star resort who didn’t live up to those standards.”

“WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.”
