“The room I checked into was very clean. All of the employees were very friendly. AC worked great.”

“As soon as we walked it several roaches crawled across our floor. Went to front desk and nobody answered. The furniture was also broken and damaged. And the shower was horrible. Hotel looks nothing like the photos. WILL NOT BE BOOKING AGAIN!!”

“The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.”

“This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”

“Let me tell you about my experience here, after driving 14 hours… I get there; the ac barely worked, room was filled with flies, and it had bed bugs. Not to mention the fact it was uninhabitable, i couldnt get a refund only a room swap. So because i was tired i opted for the room swap bc i needed to sleep. “This was probably one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells like the marijuana is coming through the vents. The room I was in was completely filthy. There was looks like to be a dried drink stain all over the wall. There was a sheet underneath the bed that was dirty. There’s people constantly standing outside very sketchy place will never stay again or recommend to anyone”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“Husband took a group of golfers there and they loved it. They had plenty of room and said it was clean and very nice.”
