Hotel a Kingswood Estates

“The room were clean, but the beds are hard as a rock and like sleeping on a brick. The Hotel Front desk agents were great and an easy check in. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff in the cafe was rude and unpleasant. The food was inconsistent and cold. We came over for the bowling tournament, and it was the first and last time staying there. In the bowling alley the snack bar only had one person working and they would take a few orders and then close in down. While closed down we could not...

“This hotel is a mess. I do not know how expedia is even hosting this place. We rented 4 rooms, out of which one room power was totally out. The only staff working at that time couldn’t help us at all. We had to reshuffle with the remaining 3 rooms. All the other rooms had there AC not working. In fact the staff said all the room was having AC issue. There was a free breakfast but the refill was slow and the menu is poor. Overall this place is probably the worst experience I have ever had.”

No one was at the hotel but me and a few cars and I needed a little more time to work. Policy is let’s get as much money as possible, kindness would have noticed the slow middle of the week day and said ‘no problem! To an extra 30 minutes to an hour in the room. I would have tipped the cleaners for the kindness. Leaving at noon is not uncommon and...
