Hotel a Lakewood

“Room clean, the owners are great, breakfast was fantastic. Love staying here.”

“The room was fine, a few cob webs in the ceiling. Could smell smoke from the non smoking area and the breakfast had very few options. We went to eat about 8-815 am and there was not much food left, but breakfast did go until 9am”

“Me and my spouse visited starlight stays on our way up to see family. Check in was quick, the staff was very kind, and our room had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to even have a nugget ice machine! The room was very clean, recently painted, and had a modern charging port bedside with a nice TV. I couldn’t have asked for more for a “budget” priced stay, and I will definitely return the next time I need a stay between home and family.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was good. The room was good. The only thing was that my grandkids were disappointed because the pool was not open. Overall, I give our stay 4 stars.”

“They would not allow us to check in and sleep after a long drive as they said it was late. Yes it was 3/4 AM but we had room until 11 am and needed the sleep. Should give 100% refund”

“Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed.”

“Old and run down Outdated furniture, old mattresses terrible pillows, dirty windows Definitely not what we expected. Definitely not going back.”

“As I entered the property it was obvious that it had been recently upgraded. The paint seemed fresh throughout the property and cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay there again when I'm in town.”

“An option on Expedia was given to us to pay when arrived on site. It appears that that somehow caused Holiday Inn to not have a confirmation of stay upon arrival. So, after 8.5 hours of straight highway driving, they had to kindly ask us to drive again across the street to stay at Candlewood Suites, their reported sister hotel, and not stay at the Holiday Inn for the night. There, we were assigned a room with visible mold in the ceiling of the shower. Staff was very accommodating in seeking a...

“Staff at front desk were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location for visiting Swan Lake. We(two women) felt very safe staying here. ”
