“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". “There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...

“Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.”
