“This was the nastiest place ever. Checked in, and checked immediately out after going in the room. It stunk like crazy. A bunch of sketchy people were hanging out ruining up and down the hall. We had to last minute pay a crazy rate elsewhere because there we're not a lot of places with rooms left, due to some events that weekend. No refund because we checked in later than the 3:00pm check in time. $900.00 for a 2 night stay in Richmond.”

“I picked this hotel because it was right off 95, and there were lots of choices to go and grab something to eat nearby. I also was traveling with a small dog and this place accommodated that. The staff were curtious and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. I would stay here again”

“For the most part, the hotel was what I expected but there were some things that made my stay less than great.
One issue was a woman was screaming at someone at the top of her lungs in a room a few doors down from me. When I went to report that, nobody was available at the desk.
The next was I kept thinking that I was smelling cigarette smoke. I thought it was due to people smoking outside, or someone smoking in a nearby room, but I learned it was the bedding when I got home and smelled...
