“We enjoyed this property for 2 weeks in June-July, including the Canada day holiday. Large covered deck overlooking tidal lagoon is very relaxing. Enjoyed the Canada Day events in Sidney and riding bikes to Swartz Bay ferries for day trips. We may well return next summer. If we go again we would check tide table ahead of time for afternoon paddleboarding. Interior of property comfortable. ”

“Very clean property with a comfortable bed. Close to dining and grocery store. Tide was in during our stay so we did not go down to the beach. The water is not suitable for swimming as there is a thick sludge matter on the ocean in the area.”

“The apartment is squeaky clean, very well appointed, and exudes comfort and welcome! Thank you to Dave Kelly for such a lovely spot to come back to after a very busy day at the dog show.We look forward to seeing the outside changes and are sure to come soon. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“Everything was great. (Only small down fall, you could hear everything little noise throughout the house, so if you’re a light sleeper use a sleep machine or something of sort) if you have small kids, There is lots of knickknacks to have to keep an eye on them touching. “Clean, quite spacious and within 5 min walking distance to the lake. We had a pleasant stay, the outdoor patio space was a great bonus as we had most of our meals outside.”

“Beautiful home and setting. Immaculate throughout, spacious bedrooms with king beds that are so comfortable, and the house has everything you could need or want. The pool was super clean and spending time out around the pool and deck area was the highlight of the stay. Absolutely recommend for friends or family who are looking for a beautiful quiet lovely place to stay. Five stars!”

“Clean, nice condition, and great location for the area. Near lots of amenities within walking distance. Stocked well too, no problem to cook and prep food for a family of 4, just enough for that. Will recommend, and go back next time in the area.”

“The view is absolutely stunning! The property is more than it states. I will add a tiny bit more information. The driveway does indeed fit 4 cars. Just keep in mind that 2 cars will always be buried at the front and it’s a slightly curved in and slightly curved out. Pauline briefly mentions the little tram. However it was a game changer for our little group as you can unload and load less than 300lbs of luggage and groceries and with a person at the top to send it down and people at the bottom...
