“Amazing hotel, every part of it. Beautiful architecture, central location. The suite was classy and extremely spacious for the price I paid, even during Mardi Gras! Staff was wonderful and accommodating and always willing to have a friendly chat. The breakfast was top-notch, thanks to chef Barry! “No Wifi. Repeat, no wifi. I had to use my hotspot. Also, received unrequested wake-up calls (2x) on the 2nd morning of my stay at 6:20 am.
The property is tired-looking and long overdue for a renovation. Bathrooms are old with fabric shower curtains. There are no plugs next to the beds, and the key card never worked properly.
The staff is lovely - this was the main positive. ”

“This was one of the worst hotel stays I think I have ever had. Our first night, a couple was arguing until almost 5 am. They were constantly shouting and hitting the walls.
