“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”

“Struttura con ottime camere, pulite e spaziose. Buona colazione. Avevamo prenotato camera con 1 letto queen sofabed ma il divano letto, oltre a non essere pronto al nostro arrivo era molto scomodo, assolutamente non adatto ad una ragazza di 16 anni. Ci hanno proposto il cambio camera con una con 2 letti queen con maggiorazione di 30$ a notte tasse, abbiamo accettato anche se malvolentieri. Inoltre al nostro arrivo ci hanno avvisato che nei giorni seguenti una ditta esterna da loro incaricata...

“Very nice studio apartment. I really liked the separate private yard area outside the apartment. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities in the kitchen area. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with hosts. Overall a really good place to land if you’re in the San Diego area. Would/will stay here again.”

“From a seasoned traveler. If you are looking for a well rested night sleep, this is not the property. The mattresses on both beds were completely worn out. Missed matched pillows were worse. I found the staff less than friendly. Would not recommend.”

“Mark was great! We had a couple of small requests and he took care of them immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable.”

“Let me start with the positives. The back yard was awesome and had space for our large group of kids (6 young kids) to run around. The beds were also all extremely comfortable. There were plenty of tables/seating space for our group (4 families). There was an awesome neighborhood park nearby as well and it was not a far drive from La Jolla beach which was great. Some cons: the towels were tiny and there weren’t many. There were no spare bed sheets anywhere. The amenities listed weren’t accurate....

“Location/Space looks just like pictures posted. Beds were very comfy. The TVs in every room was a great bonus. AC worked great and house stayed cool. House was clean. Tip-bring your own pool towels. There were bath towel’s available. Also there was limited forks/spoons so if staying a longer period of time you might want to bring extra”
