“Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.”

“I had booked this hotel because it advertised having a fitness facility. Also for location. When attempting to get off I75 at the right exit I discovered the exit closed and had to tack on 10 mins to my very long drive I felt the hotel staff, knowing that exit was closed due to construction, could have sent a notification to anyone arriving during that closure to save the hassle of driving further north and having to come back south to get to the hotel. “No oatmeal for breakfast. The pot was there but it was empty. The TV did not work. Room 216. The automatic night shade n did not work either. UNACCEPTABLE considering what we paid for the room. At least Motel 6 has a TV that works.”

“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026.
