“Everyone was very nice and professional. They made sure everything, policy wise was clear from the beginning. They were ready to help with any problems or questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. I've seen some reviews complain about the ac in the room, but once we ran ours and gave it a bit to fill the room it was perfect. Honestly can't figure out why this place has low reviews. My family loved it.”

“I liked almost everything about our stay except for the fact that they dont serve breakfast. ”

“I definitely recommend this hotel to stay if you’re in the Springfield area. Everyone working here has been very nice Including the manager except for one woman behind the desk where you check in at who has been rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I have spoken to a few other people that stayed here and they agreed.”
