“Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The Villa Ciele room 422 was amazing with a fantastic view of the valley below, ocean inlet, Downtown Victoria 30 miles away and the United States across the sound. Beautiful gardens as well surrounding the villa. The restaurant was excellent as well for Breakfast, Brunch and dinner!”

“Booked this stay for the long weekend. Happy for an escape from the city (Victoria) and kids to relax on Pender at this resort. Unfortunately between the two pool and hot tub areas neither were adult only, as tape was coving the 'adult only' amenity. Given this, there were children splashing and yelling at both pools and hot tubs negating the peaceful stay. I would not recommend this for anyone looking to relax using these amenities. Unfortunately we will not be back unless there is a designated...

“Lots of junkie hanging outside the parking lot. Room smell like urine. The room is very dark and dirty. I book this place on a long weekend, Once we saw the room, we didn’t want to stay, but everything else is full. I will never come back.”

“De kamer is zeer comfortabel. Een heerlijk groot bed en een goede slaapbank voor de kinderen. Veel ruimte. Een hele fijne grote douche. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van de keuken voor lunch extra ontbijt omdat het ontbijt dat het motel heel erg matig was. Heel weinig keuze. Alleen hele appels, geen ander fruit. Hele kleine yoghurt bakjes. Vrijwel alleen zoet beleg. Alles in voorverpakte mini-verpakkingen en borden, bestek en bekers allemaal wegwerp-materiaal dus verschrikkelijk voor het milieu.”
