“Great facility. Good size pools. The rooms were spacious . Staff for the most important art were friendly. It was very helpful to have butler service - Alejandro was phenomenal! The food was great at Poseidon for lunch especially the whole fried fish. Drinks were great. Spa was AMAZING. Gorgonzola pizza was the best- I wish it was open longer hours. The only thing that needs major improvement is the app - not always accurate or maybe it’s the POP team. Some of them didn’t know the activities...
