“AC did not function well enough to keep room cool enough to get a decent night of sleep...half my family couldn't sleep well because of it. Also only 1 person at check-in behind the desk on a Saturday night led to 20+ minute check-in.”

“I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic.”

“They don’t daily cleaning of the room!! It’s ridiculous!! We asked for new towels and took them 1:30h to receive them. It’s a joke! ”
