“Food excellent. Service great. Pool could use cleaning. Activities bland. Dj music was not modern or in style. Beach shuttle took too long. Chairs and seating area need cleaning and upkeeping. Rooms had paper thin walls. Heard everything. Didn’t give it 5 stars due to cleanliness mostly. Road to hotel was incredibly bumpy and uncomfortable.”

“The resort is nice however we paid to upgrade to their private pool suite and there wasn’t a working light up there and the pool light was broken. We requested them to fix it twice on separate occasions but never fixed it so had use the pool in darkness. Also the drying rack was broken in the room and fell right off the wall in the balcony. Food is mid, not a lot of options.”

“The resort is nice but caters to their preferred guest. If you don't want to buy any extras during your stay the staff is less helpful/accommodating”

“I will probably not return to this hotel. Property was good, But I was never able to reserve for one of the 3 restaurants that required a reservation. I was here to celebrate my daughter’s Bday and they weren’t able to help with a reservation. being that the tables looked empty. Very disappointed for that part of the service. The breakfast and lunch buffets were ok.”

“We loved everything about Paradisus. Just the hotel itself designed like a Cenote, it really felt like if you were in a cenote. The pools, drinks at the pool so good, our own shady bed on the beach. Wow! Best room we have ever had in a hotel, ocean view, balconies. Couldn’t ask for more. Every one wad so helpful, especially our consierge Fernanda, she helped so much, the perfect personal assistant, she and everyone at the hotel made us feel so comfortable. We will come back for sure.”

The hotel is xtremely run down and outdated and is in need of major renovations. The A/C in our room barely worked, making the room uncomfortable. “Just returned from a 4 night stay. Everything is middle of the road at this resort. Don’t have high expectations and you will be fine. If you expect above average anything, you will be disappointed. The good: The coffee shop, the Spa, the pool bartenders and the young towel lady. Most of all the guest services manager when needed was what saved the trip. “Nice place to stay. Lots of seats by the pool and beach. Unfortunately the room temperature was set at 75 degrees which was way too warm for my liking. We could barely sleep it was so uncomfortable. Waking up in the middle of the night a bit irritated. We asked about It several times and they just told us maintenance is working on it. But that was our answer the entire stay.”

Per il ristorante io direi che il prezzo pagato per qualsiasi cosa non ne vale la pena( prezzi per stipendi americani )per qualsiasi attività vogliono la mancia, non vi fate consigliare attività in hotel costano un 30% in più del prezzo normale.
