“Excellent food options, i was not disappointed considering they had so many options there was something for everyone. Bed was pretty comfortable, not the best but pretty good for a hotel. Internet was a bit spotty at times but i think it depended on what part of the hotel you were at. Overall would recommend 10/10 , 5 stars for sure! I will be returning for my next vacation!”

“Hotel ubicato nella zona Hotelera e ad un passo dala fermata dell'autobus. Struttura piccola e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino con la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata attrezzata. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Non è il solito resort chiassoso, ma una struttura per chi cerca la vera tranquillità.”

"Aria condizionata non funziona ,bagno perde acqua su tutta la stanza (cosa in entrambe le stanze prenotate). Spiaggia sporca sigarette plastica e sassi.
Piscina fredda solo dopo le 16 si riscalda un po’. Qualsiasi cocktail nel bar in piscina o nel bar dell’hotel costa 150 peso messicani. Ma la cosa bella che nel bar dentro dalle 6:30 alle 7:30 p.m. 2 cocktail al prezzo di 1 ed il barista davvero bravo. Colazione al ristorante dell’hotel super cara. 1 cappuccino 100 peso, consiglio supermercato davanti hotel. "
"L'hotel si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia, da cui si accede dalla piscina, molto bella con una bella vista sull'azzurro del mare. La camera è pulita, non molto grande. La struttura non è di lusso, seggiole in plastica in alcuni balconi, lettini in spiaggia sfondati. Il WiFi è pessimo, si riceve solo in camera e non nelle zone comuni. C'è un solo bar ristorante che apre tardi e chiude presto, con prezzi altissimi, un caffè americano 7 euro (se il prezzo ufficiale non è questo peggio ancora perché significa ben altro). Attorno alla struttura c'è un solo supermercato e un solo ristorante, per avere un po' di movimento bisogna prendere la guagua e andare nella zona nord, è come dormire in un quartiere residenziale."

"Purtroppo mi dispiace molto fare questa recensione perché nel complesso sono stato bene nella struttura ma la realtà è che è un Resort dalle enormi potenzialità ma veramente abbandonato a se stesso. La Wi-Fi però a differenza di quanto si legge c’è ed è gratuita in tutta la struttura, il personale è molto disponibile, ma tutto quello che c’è, ed è abbastanza, è in uno stato di mediocrità. Ristoranti, animazione, piscina, Bar, basterebbe poco per renderlo un ottimo Hotel. Si vede che non c’è più voglia di investire. "
