“Despite completing documents online, the check in process took a few minutes. Other than that, the staff was great as usual, and everything was smooth and easy! Room was clean and everything was in order.”

“My husband have come to Port Clinton every year since 2021. We usually have stayed here except for last year. Nice older property with good views of the lake across the street if you get a front facing room. Spacious rooms, but could use some updates with the furniture especially the mattresses! I like firm but the mattress was too hard and can feel the springs in some spots. Breakfast was fair with ok choices.”

“I loved the proximity to Cedar Point. Rooms were standard. The view was great. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint was that their systems went down and they were unable to issue us a room/room key for about 4 hours and they did not text us when the system was fixed. We had to show up, not once, but twice on our own to figure it out.”

“Staff were very kind, and it was fine for the price. But the fridge clicked all night and did not get cold. And there was some kind of drip coming from the down spout despite the lack of rain that kept waking me up.”

“The hotel and staff were fine, and the room cleanliness was perfectly acceptable. However, my stay was severely disrupted when the fire alarm went off at 1:00 AM. While I understand safety comes first, being abruptly awoken in the middle of the night made for a very frustrating experience.”
