“This was a perfect hotel for our family. It was close to the beach and 1 block away from 5 Ave. Everything we needed was close by. And the rooftop pool on the property was amazing. Not large but perfect for us with sea views. But the best part?? The staff. They have the best people: Ricardo in the parking, Yoan and Alma at the front desk, Ricardo and Sandi in the restaurant. “Overall not a bad place to stay for the price you pay. The location is across the street from the sea, but NOT on the sea. In Cozumel in general, in order to get in the water you either have to pay at a beach club (20$ entry fee) or find some suspicious other area that doesn’t have an entry fee. Therefore, choosing a hotel with beach/sea access would be a better choice if that’s what you plan to do in Cozumel. The room was clean.
